Add configuration to automatically publish changes

Right now, we need to manually publish our sites changes. I have a permissive workflow that would benefit from always publishing the latest changes, either from loveable or changes pushed to Github. Having a configuration for enabling this would be useful.

There could be some granular control, for example automatic publishing when detecting changes from Github vs from Lovable (which is more iterative).
