Changes Are Not Visible – Only Code Updates, No Visual Changes

Description:

I have been making changes, and the system confirms that the updates have been applied. However, I do not see any visual changes on the frontend. The only thing that updates is the code itself, but nothing reflects in the UI.

Issues:

🔹 System confirms that changes are applied, but the UI remains the same.
🔹 Tried refreshing (Ctrl + Shift + R), clearing cache, and using incognito mode—still no visual updates.
🔹 The code changes are applied correctly, but they do not show any effect on the interface.
🔹 No clear indication if the issue is with frontend rendering, backend updates, or deployment delays.

Expected Behavior:

✅ When a change is confirmed as "fixed," it should be immediately visible after a refresh.
✅ If there is a delay in updating the UI, there should be clear communication on how to trigger the changes.
✅ Need clarification on whether this is a frontend rendering issue, a caching problem, or a deployment issue.
