"Implement the Plan" - Confusion

Please overhaul that neat function. What Lovable does very OFTEN, he confuses the actual suggested Plan with older Plans. As u always use the same term, he suddenly starts to implement old discarded discussions.. which is a mess.

Pls take it out, or make Implement the Plan more dynamic, adding a context word from the message before.
