maintenance and updates

I have developed my website with booking system with supabase, it was not easy. But I have to launch it via my domain, it is linked up via github, netlify. I'm afraid to launch because if it starts to fail or there are updates, how to maintain the project and update without losing data or operation problems, how to avoid in this risk
