Monthly Limit is not working

I have seen many errors regarding my Monthly/daily limit of Prompts usage and it have been getting worse. All features are top-noch but, why the hell is I can’t able to use prompts daily? Since 1 week I have no access to my prompts no problem of Monthly usage over limit it’s because of error. Whenever I type prompt I get error like “Get Help or Dismiss” Why? is it happens to me or it’s your trick to get paid for plan? if that’s the case don’t make things for user experience.
