User Control/Limits Within Workspace

Is it possible to have the option to control users within the workspace?

Things like giving each user within the team a credit limit, and restricted access to only certain projects.

This would be massively beneficial for the workspace to ensure users arent abusing the credits so everyone else suffers or they accidentally make changes to a project they should not have access to.
